Inspection Tool: "Inspector" analyzes the 3-D data points and compares the actual propeller data to the standard and class selected. The first screen provides a summary analysis on a pass/fail basis. Color coding assists the technician to rapidly access the wheel's condition, GREEN indicates that the requirements of that class have been satisfied. RED indicates that the requirements are not met. Screen two of "Inspector" provides the technician with specific local detail. To highlight the the areas of the blade that are outside the tolerance color coding is again used. Blue numerals indicate local areas that are below tolerance, Red indicates areas above and Black numerals are within tolerance.
